Group Runs Sundays 9:00 AM at Doug Barnes Cabin (Birchwood Hut) Thursdays 7:00 PM at YMCA West Entrance (3km and 7km) Distances
are approximate. Idea is to run a short slow loop with the new runners
and then add a faster loop for the semi-serious.
