2010 Group Runs Saturdays 9:00 AM at YMCA West Entrance Multiple loops so that runners can customize distance to match their training plans.
Distances
vary. Idea is to run a short warm-up loop with the casual
runners with an additional faster loop for the semi-serious.
Sundays 9:00 AM at Mac's in Eagle Ridge (Loutit Drive) MacDonald
Island has running programs. This is the weekly long run associated
