1:00pm-5:00pm - Race Package Pickup
will take place at the Suncor Community Leisure Centre at MacDonald
Island Park. Information regarding the rules of the race and the race
route will be available.
· Note that race day package pick up available to out-of-town participants only.
· Waiver must be signed when picking up race package.
· All registration closes at 5pm on Saturday, Sept 10, 2011

Course Description:
Marathon and Half Marathon Course
The marathon and half marathon races begin at the Doug Barnes Cabin
(190 Tamarack Way, Fort McMurray) and will be an out-and-back course of
the upper Birchwood trails. There are no road crossings. Surface is
asphalt and packed trail. The Full Marathon consists of two loops. All
races finish at the Doug Barnes Cabin.
10K Course
The 10km run follows a similar course as the Marathon and Half Marathon, turning back to the start point after 5km.
5K Course
The 5km run follows a similar course as the Marathon and Half Marathon,
turning back to the start point after 2.5km.
